For the free trial, comfortable sports clothes, like a T-shirt and joggers, and a water bottle. No shoes on the mats. If your child signs up, they receive the club kit.

- What age can children start?
- From age 4.
- Does my child need any experience?
- No. Our classes suit all abilities, and every child starts with a free trial class.
- What’s the difference between Kids’ Martial Arts and Blitz Junior?
- Kids’ Martial Arts is kickboxing and sports karate. Blitz Junior is a fitness session for ages 7 to 14, not a martial arts class.
- Is the first class free?
- Yes. Your child’s first class is free.
- Can I watch my child train?
- Yes. Our parents’ waiting area has a screen with a live camera on the mats, so you can watch the whole class.
- What should my child wear to the first class?
- For the free trial, comfortable sports clothes, like a T-shirt and joggers. No shoes on the mats. Bring a water bottle, tie back long hair, and take off any jewellery. Arrive 10 minutes early. If your child signs up, they receive the club kit.
